Why don't we just tack on an "end of life counseling" provision to Medicare as it stands now? Sort of like a "trial balloon." Let's see how that flies.

Great idea, also tack that on the seperate but not equal package the Senators and Reps get gratis..if for no other reason than to remind them they're not immortal...

Yeah. How about all that cost out stuff we are going to fund the supposed reforms with. Why don't we try all those savings schemes to prove they work first!
If there is all this waste and overspending in medicare, why can we only harvest those savings if we agree to spend billions more?
